Refund Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
This policy explains how refunds work for ShipVeryFast (the "Product"). It is offered by Dentoku Dev ("we", "us") and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Immediate delivery and your consent
ShipVeryFast is digital content (source code) that becomes available immediately: after payment we invite the GitHub username you provide to the private repository. By purchasing and requesting this immediate access, you expressly consent to us beginning delivery at once and you acknowledge that, once access has been granted, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to a distance sale of digital content (Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU).
All sales are final
Because you receive the complete source code with immediate access and keep it, all sales are final once repository access has been granted. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds: there is nothing to return, and the Product stays yours.
Your mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have by law. If the Product is defective or materially not as described, consumers in the EU keep their statutory remedies under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and the Italian Consumer Code, which may include having the issue fixed, a price reduction or a refund. Just contact us and we will put it right.
Discretionary exceptions
Outside your statutory rights, we may still issue a refund at our discretion in clear cases such as:
- a duplicate or obviously erroneous charge;
- a case where we are unable to grant the repository access you paid for;
- a material problem with the Product that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
How to request
Email support@shipveryfast.dev from the address you purchased with, and tell us what happened. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within a few business days.
Fair use
This policy is offered in good faith. We may decline a request in cases of evident abuse, such as obtaining the source code and then asking for a refund, or repeated buy-and-refund activity.
